Provision of Home Based Rehabilitation

Home-based rehabilitation makes it possible to have mobility and the Rehabilitation process on daily activities in home surroundings, and to make use of local services in the Rehabilitation process which makes it easier for the patient to resume earlier activities, possibly adapted to a new situation

In order to reach those people with disabilities who are most vulnerable. CBR programs providing home-based Rehabilitation. Individual Home Based Program (I.H.P.) and Follow up for Capacity Building of persons or children with disability, along with their parents and family members.

Children with disability who are profound and severe and also far from Rehabilitation centres will be provided Home Based services. According to their basic needs, in CBR program many home based services will be provided. Therapeutic team also visit home and provide treatment along with counselling to the parents and their families. Every Saturday special educators are visiting homes part for services providing to the children along with their families.
